Golf in Argentina
Argentina is South America's great golf country: the finest private clubs on the continent around Buenos Aires, mountain and lake courses in Patagonia, and golf among the vineyards of Mendoza.
Golf came to Argentina from Scotland in the nineteenth century, and the clubs around Buenos Aires still carry that heritage, from San Andrés, founded in 1892, to the Jockey Club laid out by Alister MacKenzie.
Every trip is built for your group: the clubs you want to play, the hotels you want to stay in, and as much or as little sightseeing as you like. We quote it, our team on the ground runs it.

Where you play
Where you stay in Buenos Aires
We usually stay in Recoleta, in one of these four. They are all well placed for a quick exit north to the golf courses and the polo, which are 60 to 90 minutes out of the city, and the domestic airport is 15 minutes away, where our guides look after the paperwork and your clubs.
Hotels we often use, or similar, subject to availability.
Where you stay in Mendoza
In the city, or in a boutique hotel within a vineyard. These are the ones we use most.
Hotels we often use, or similar, subject to availability.
When to go
The seasons are the reverse of ours. Buenos Aires, Córdoba and the wine country play best from September to May. Patagonia is at its best from November to April; its courses close from May to August.
