4. Sharing Your Information with Ground Operators

Important:

When you submit an enquiry, we will share your name, contact details, and travel requirements with the specialist ground operator best suited to your trip. This is necessary to provide you with a quotation and, if you choose to proceed, to fulfil your travel arrangements.

Our ground operators are located in the destination country (for example, South Africa, India, Sri Lanka, or Bangladesh). By submitting an enquiry, you consent to your personal data being transferred to and processed by operators in these countries. Our operators are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
