1. About Follow On Tours

Follow On Tours (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of Follow On Tours Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We operate as an independent cricket travel consultancy and introducer. We are not a tour operator, travel agent, or package holiday provider. We do not hold an ATOL licence or ABTA membership.

Our role is to help you design a bespoke cricket travel itinerary and introduce you to specialist Destination Management Companies (“DMCs”) and ground operators in your chosen destination who will provide and fulfil the travel arrangements.

2. Our Role as Introducer

When you submit an enquiry through our website, we use your requirements to design an itinerary and identify the most suitable specialist ground operator for your trip. We then introduce you to that operator, who will provide you with a formal quotation.

Your contract for travel services is directly with the fulfilling ground operator, not with Follow On Tours. The operator will handle your booking, receive your payments, and deliver all travel arrangements on the ground. You should review the operator’s own terms and conditions, cancellation policy, and insurance requirements before confirming any booking.

Follow On Tours does not:

• Hold or process any client monies or deposits
• Enter into contracts for the provision of travel services
• Accept liability for the acts, omissions, or defaults of any third-party ground operator
• Provide travel insurance or financial protection for travel arrangements
• Guarantee the availability of any accommodation, match tickets, or travel services quoted by operators

3. Ground-Only Arrangements

Our service focuses on ground-only travel arrangements — accommodation, match tickets, transfers, excursions, and hospitality at your chosen destination. International flights are not included in our itineraries unless you specifically request a flight-inclusive package, in which case we will introduce you to a UK-licensed ATOL-bonded tour operator who can arrange flights.

You are responsible for arranging your own international flights, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, and any other travel requirements unless these are explicitly included in the ground operator’s quotation.

4. Quotations and Pricing

Any indicative pricing shown on our website is for guidance only and does not constitute an offer. Formal quotations will be provided directly by the ground operator following your enquiry. Prices are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to booking confirmation with the operator.

Follow On Tours does not set, control, or guarantee the pricing provided by ground operators.

5. Use of the Website

Our website, including the AI-powered travel planning tool, is provided for informational and enquiry purposes. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on the site — including fixture dates, venue details, and destination information — we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

Cricket fixture schedules are set by international cricket boards and are subject to change. We update our information regularly but cannot accept responsibility for changes made by third parties after publication.

6. AI Travel Planning Tool

Our AI travel planning tool is designed to help you explore options and build an initial itinerary based on your preferences. The output of the planning tool is a starting point for your enquiry — it is not a confirmed booking, a guaranteed quotation, or a contractual offer. All arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation by the ground operator.

7. Limitation of Liability

Follow On Tours acts solely as an introducer between you and specialist ground operators. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We accept no liability for the quality, safety, or delivery of travel services provided by any ground operator or third party.
• We accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or additional expense arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, political instability, natural disasters, pandemics, airline disruptions, or changes to cricket fixture schedules.
• Our total liability to you in connection with our introduction service shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you directly to Follow On Tours.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, itinerary designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to Follow On Tours and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Marketing Introducer Services

Follow On Tours Limited acts solely as a marketing introducer for certain destinations, including Australia. Where we introduce you to a third-party tour operator, your booking contract will be exclusively with that operator, and Follow On Tours Limited has no contractual liability for the booking, its delivery, or any associated services. The introducing operator's ATOL protection and booking terms and conditions will apply.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
